Strategic IT Consulting was founded in 2006, specializing primarily in all aspects of information technology solutions. Just like the industries which our clients service, we immediately established no two organizations are alike. Our President developed a passion for identifying process improvements and competitive advantages for every client. Soon, the company expanded to include three additional service lines, all of which focus on streamlining processes with the use of technology. Today Strategic IT Consulting is an expert in every service offering, and remains dedicated to learning new ways to improve client operations and technological efficiencies.

Meet Our Team
David E. Williams, President / Owner
David brings over 18 years of experience in the Information Technology (IT) field. His experience in planning, developing, implementing, and supporting all aspects of IT has been instrumental in streamlining the way our clients manage their business infrastructures.
The company’s overall growth is due to David’s vision of implementing technology solutions to optimize our clients’ operations. He’s introduced new service lines, brought on additional support staff, and continues to stay committed to introducing technological advances that will keep our clients at the forefront of technology.
David is a Certified Microsoft Systems Engineer. He also holds a Bachelor Degree in Networking and Communications Management from DeVry University.
Erica Parra, Marketing Director
Erica Parra graduated from the Fashion Institute of Technology with an Associate’s Degree in Advertising & Marketing Communications. Since June 2002, she has worked in various industries including finance, wholesale and pharmaceuticals. Erica’s marketing experience includes brand management, product development, business to business, internet, retail, business to consumer, and email marketing.
Today Erica is proud to be helping Strategic IT Consulting launch it’s new website, drive inbound marketing campaigns, and develop collateral support for it’s sales team.
Al Montes, Chief Information Officer
Al Montes is a solutions-focused and business-minded IT executive equipped with more than 20 years of leadership success across diverse technical arenas.
Al’s contributions to Strategic IT Consulting are in his strengths in overseeing complex technical projects from initial concept and planning through execution and support to drive process improvements, realize cost-efficiency, and promote productivity.
Al holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science from Fairleigh Dickinson University. He holds certifications as a Microsoft Certified System Engineer, Novell CNE, and VMWare
Shantel Fair, Social Media Marketing Associate
Shantel Fair is a recent graduate of Syracuse University, with a Bachelor’s degree in Sports Management. Her wealth of knowledge and experience is due to the prestigious internships she took part in particularly in the fields of market research, social media and event coordination. She has proven to be a valuable asset to our company as she single-handedly launches our social media network.
