We use a state-of-the-art ticketing system to track all calls and client requests. Clients also have the option to purchase their own license to our support management system which allows clients to create support requests through a web portal. The portal offers many features including tracking and reporting.

Helpdesk support is typically from 9:00am – 5:00pm, but 24/7 support can be arranged if needed.
